Tom Frank

Tom is a Director at Fortus, where he helps clients secure the funding they need to achieve their growth ambitions. He leads the firm's Property offering, combining strategic insight with a practical, relationship-led approach.

With more than 15 years' experience in property and commercial finance, Tom specialises in complex funding transactions, including bridging finance, development finance and structured lending. Before joining Fortus, he founded and grew Ice3 Commercial Finance, advising property investors, developers and business owners on a wide range of funding solutions.

Outside of work, Tom is a keen sports fan, travelling and discovering great food and drink along the way.
