Chris Gent

Having worked as a chartered certified accountant for over 10 years, I enjoy working closely with businesses across the region. My aim is to drive efficiencies from an operational and tax perspective to add value wherever possible. I’m always keen to get a full understanding of a clients business to ensure no stone is unturned when trying to enact positive change. Inside the office I like to share my experience with the team so that I am also adding value to them and ensuring that there is a pipeline of quality accountants for the future.

When work is switched off for the day or weekend I can most commonly be found with my young family trying to find an adventure. When away from busy family life I can often be found somewhere at the York Community Stadium complex, either watching York City or in the cinema where I always try to find time weekly for my new movie fix. I’m also a keen Ice Hockey fan and escape with my wife to watch the Sheffield Steelers when possible.
