Inheritance Tax is changing

Understand your exposure while there's still time

Join our practical Inheritance Tax Masterclass

We’re hosting a focused, hands-on webinar to help you understand the upcoming changes to inheritance tax - and the short-lived opportunities that still exist.

On Wednesday 17th December at 10:00 am our tax advisory and wealth management experts will walk you through the new rules, their implications, and the planning options available around trusts, restructuring and succession.

Why this matters now

From April next year, updated rules for Business and Agricultural Property Reliefs will come into force. For many businesses, this could mean a significant portion of their property value will no longer qualify for inheritance tax relief.

For the moment, though, we’re still operating under the old rules - creating a narrow but valuable chance to act before the changes take effect.

Who should attend

This session is ideal for:

Business owners

Especially those with significant trading assets, property holdings, or mixed-use operations that may lose relief under the new rules.

Family business leaders

Anyone planning to pass the business to the next generation, or already working on succession arrangements.

Agricultural and rural landowners

Farm owners, estate managers, and landholding families affected by the changes to Agricultural Property Relief.

Directors or partners in established SMEs

Those whose business structures may need reviewing for future eligibility.

Individuals with complex estates

Including those who hold shares in multiple entities, property portfolios inside companies, or diversified assets.

High-net-worth individuals

Where exposure to inheritance tax is already a concern and relief reductions could significantly increase liabilities.

Anyone considering trusts, restructuring, or gifting

People who want to understand if these strategies still offer value under the new rules.

Professional advisers (or those who rely on them)

Executives, financial controllers, or family office members who need to stay ahead of the changes.
