Payroll Senior

Due to the growing nature of the business and the payroll bureau we are currently looking for a payroll senior who would be a great addition to our thriving team.

Key responsibilities:
- Setting up new clients
- Adding new payroll clients to Sage and creating their account with HMRC
- CIS submissions
- Sage 50 payroll experience advantageous
- Liaising with pension scheme providers to ensure all clients pension arrangements are in order
- Have a clear understanding of payroll, knowledge of UK payroll legal legislation & auto enrolment legislation
- Support other team members with work as required
- Admin tasks as required
- Auto enrolment duties
- Declaration of compliance submissions and queries
- Setting up of different pension providers
About you:
- Previous payroll experience, ideally in a bureau background
- CIPP/Payroll qualification would be advantageous, however not essential
- Experience running multiple payrolls
- Ability to work well under pressure with tight deadlines
- Knowledge of payroll systems
- Able to work well as part of a team as well as independently
