We’re seeking an experienced Office Administrator with a strong background working in a fast-paced environment to join us in our Leeds office.
Candidates must have the ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines and have a willingness to support teams across the business as needed.

Key responsibilities:
- Completing compliance checks for new clients and dealing with actions relating to lost clients
- Maintaining our client database (updating information as required and ensuring accuracy of data), running reports and assisting with data retrieval
- Preparing/scanning documents
- Ensuring records received from clients are accurately logged in using our existing process, and that any records no longer required are returned to the client
- Assisting with ID verification for Companies House
- Scheduling client appointments
- On-going Anti-Money Laundering procedures
About you:
- Proven background as an Administrator
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage priorities
- Good communication skills
