Frances Howard, Head of Audit, Fortus, and Veronica Ridsdale, Charities & Not-for-Profit Associate Director, Fortus will unpack the incoming and proposed changes across audit and accounting including thresholds, income and lease recognition and trustee reporting.
Laura Train, VAT Manager, Fortus, will clarify grants and service contract VAT implications, review recent fundraising case law, and run through the potential pitfalls with donations and partial exemptions.
Dom Marley, Head of Wealth Management, Fortus, will cover responsibilities and opportunities for trustees, investment policy and risk appetite as well as ESG and cash investing.
