I advise our business owner clients on mergers & acquisitions, disposals, fundraising, as well as strategic advice and planning. I believe in building strong relationships with both buyers and sellers.
Originally, I trained at a Chartered Accountants after graduating from university. I’ve worked across a range of services including accountancy, management accounts, audit, payroll & personal tax. Today my role encompasses financial analysis, valuation reports, sales documentation and due diligence, along with providing a wide range of deal advisory support throughout a transaction. The most important thing for me is regular, honest communication in order to listen to and support our clients.
I love spending time with my wife and young family and when possible, I enjoy winding down with friends on the golf course…preferably playing somewhere near my handicap!
