After concerns over how lack of transparency can hide the misuse of UK registered companies. Changes have happened.
I established the Fortus Company Secretarial division, supporting clients to reach those all-important corporate milestones, whilst making sure they meet their legal and statutory obligations along the way.
I’m a Chartered Company Secretary and an active member of the Chartered Governance Institute with a background in Law. My experience comes from working for different types of organisations, including a listed FTSE 250 company and an accountancy practice with clients across several different industries. Today, my day-to-day role’s varied, ranging from advising on company formations and corporate structure, to regulatory compliance and advisory projects. I’ve provided Company Secretarial support as part of wider tax planning initiatives, including corporate restructuring and re-organisational projects.
In my free time, I enjoy planning family days out to keep my young daughter and partner busy. You’ll often find us on adventures, exploring the world through all things arts & craft. I also love to travel, learn new languages and explore different cultures.
